These teeth straightening aligners can work in as little as 6 weeks. They are perfect for mild to moderate problems with the front top and bottom teeth and can correct crowded or protruding front teeth. Safe, quick, and very cost effective, the Inman Aligner system is low impact and removable so there is no need to limit your diet or lifestyle as there is with fixed traditional braces.
These discreet braces are made of clear ceramic brackets and tooth-coloured wires, helping them blend to the colour of your natural teeth. Simply Smile specifically targets your front six teeth, working to improve your cosmetic smile rather than biting issues. This treatment is far quicker at improving your smile than traditional orthodontics because of how targeted it is, so this may be the solution to your smile.
Six Month Smiles
Six Month Smiles braces is an orthodontic system that allows our adult patients to achieve straighter smiles in around 6 to 9 months using ultra-clear brackets and tooth-coloured wires. Unlike Simply Smile, this system can improve the symmetry of teeth, round out arches, improve overbite, alleviate crowding and improve gum levels. Six Month Smiles can achieve all this, as well as teeth straightening to optimise your smile.
These lingual braces are fitted to the back of your teeth, making them totally invisible. A firm favourite with celebrities and those in the public eye, the Secret Smile system works to straighten your front six teeth, focussing on improving your smile as opposed to correcting biting issues. Treatment is far quicker than traditional braces and the fitting process is totally painless.

Which teeth straightening system is best for me?
This depends on your problem areas and desired results. We can arrange a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your options with you, so you can feel fully prepared and informed on your desired treatment. We can also devise a treatment plan and talk you through any information necessary to beginning your journey to straighter teeth and a healthier smile.
Do straight teeth = healthy teeth?
Apart from the obvious cosmetic advantages to having straight teeth, did you also know that there are health advantages too? In between the teeth is one of the hardest areas to clean when brushing, so bacteria lurking here can go undisturbed and cause tooth decay. Crooked teeth can make these areas more difficult to reach than straight teeth. This means that straight teeth are not healthy teeth per se, but because they are often easier to clean it is far more likely that they will remain healthier for life so long as you continue to clean them properly.
Are there natural ways to straighten teeth without braces or aligners?
Unfortunately, there aren’t any ways you can straighten your teeth without help. The most natural solution is to think about clear aligners instead of the conventional train track braces. These look and appear natural and can be removed for eating, making them a great choice for people wanting to have straight teeth with no one else knowing.
Are there alternatives to braces and aligners?
Veneers and bonding can be used very successfully to straighten your teeth. One of the big advantages with using veneers and/or bonding is that the colour and shape can be corrected as well is the alignment - this often makes these restorative types of treatment for crooked teeth more desirable than straightforward orthodontics. For some more advanced smile makeover cases, we may consider a combination of treatments, perhaps using orthodontics to move the teeth to a more suitable position and then a small amount of bonding to restore the shape and a final course of whitening to whiten them to the desired colour.
Will I have to have teeth removed to wear a brace?
We try wherever possible not to extract any teeth as part of our orthodontic care. However, sometimes the reason that teeth are crooked is because there just isn’t enough room - in this case, extracting maybe the best thing to do. The alternative is to look at things like expanding your arch. Orthodontic treatment can straighten crowded or crooked teeth and move them into a better position. This not only improves your smile but also the way your teeth bite together.
When you come to us for quick braces or aligners, we will provide a thorough estimate of your proposed treatment, giving you complete visibility and choice before you commit to going ahead. If your cosmetic dental treatment is valued at £1,000 or more and you would like to spread the cost, we offer interest-free and low interest finance for up to 24 months.
